Ingredients
1 cup raisins 1-1/2 cups almonds - blanched 2 Tablespoons red wine 1/2 Golden Delicious or Gala apple, peeled and grated 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon (less or more to taste)
Directions
Using your food processor and quick pulses grind raisins ,almonds together in a food processor. Add wine ,honey and cinnamon followed by the grated apples. Do not over process!
Take mixture and form individual 1.5 inch balls and serve.
