2 teaspoons sugar 3/4 cup cream 1/2 cup milk 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped 6 egg yolks Powdered sugar or cocoa
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cream, milk and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add chocolate and bring back to a boil. Stir until chocolate is incorporated and remove from heat. In a large bowl, whisk egg yolks until pale. Gradually whisk in chocolate cream mixture. Pour or spoon custard into 4 ramekins. Place ramekins in a baking pan and add hot water half way up the sides of the ramekins. Place in oven and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and remove from the water; let cool. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. To serve dust with powdered sugar or cocoa.
