Ingredients
One 16 ounce can pinto beans, drained and rinsed 3 slices bacon, chopped One 14.5 ounce can gf mexican stewed tomatoes 2 Tablespoons molasses 2 Tablespoons gf brown sugar 1 teaspoon gf stone ground mustard 1-1/2 pounds bone-in pork chops, about 4 chops 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a crock-pot combine beans with bacon, tomatoes, molasses, brown sugar and gf mustard. Place pork chops on top of beans. Sprinkle with salt. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for about 6 hours, or until meat is tender. Skim off fat.
Transfer pork chops to a serving dish and top with beans; pouring sauce over top. Serve.
Tips
This is actually very easy to make. Just prepare the ingredients, turn on the crock pot and forget about it. Hours later you will find a delicious meal your whole family will enjoy.
