One 3.5 - 4 pound boneless center cut loin pork roast Salt and pepper
After roast is tied securely, insert spit into center of meat. Position roast in center of heating element and adjust distance from heat to low. Plug in rotisserie and cook according to manufacturer’s suggested cooking time. A 3-4 pound roast should take 2+ hours. Roast is done when an inserted meat thermometer reads 150 degrees F.
Before inserting the spit, tie the roast securely with butcher’s string to prevent pieces from falling into heating element when roast is rotating.
