Rotisserie Turkey

Ingredients
One 12-14 pound turkey
Salt and pepper
Olive oil
For injection liquid:
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 ounce dry white wine
2 ounces grapefruit juice
1/4 ounce worchestershire sauce
Directions
Wash and dry turkey.
Combine all ingredients for injection liquid and inject into breast, thighs, legs and wings. Turkey should be injected 6 hours prior to cooking.
Salt and pepper outside of turkey and tie securely with butcher string. Spray or rub turkey with olive oil.
Insert spit, adjust height from heating element and plug rotisserie in. Cook according to rotisserie cooking time instructions.

Poach the breasts in chikcen broth. Just be sure not to overcook.P.S. If you want to bake it leave the skin and bone one. That way its less likely to dry out. If you poach it skin and bone it first. Poaching would be the fastest method. Was this answer helpful
