1-1/2 pounds ground round 1-1/2 teaspoons salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1 garlic clove, crushed 2 teaspoons chili powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 2 Tablespoons fresh chives, chopped and divided 2 cups gf chili con carne 1/2 cup onion, chopped 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated gf sour cream (optional)
Directions
Mix ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic, chili powder, cumin and 1 tablespoon chives. Form into 4 patties. Warm gf chili con carne in a saucepan. Place patties in a large hot skillet and brown well on both sides, until cooked through. Place patties on individual plates and top with gf chili con carne, onions, cheese, gf sour cream, and chopped chives. Serve.
