1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1" pieces 1 cup frozen peas 2 green onions, sliced into 1" pieces 1 carrot, thinly sliced 2/3 cup gf sake 1/2 cup gf soy sauce 2 Tablespoons sugar
Put sake, soy sauce and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Add chicken pieces and simmer while stirring with a spoon. Cook until chicken is done, about 10 minutes. Remove the chicken and set aside. Put the vegetables into the pan and cook them until tender. Fill bowls with rice and top with chicken and vegetables and any remaining sauce.
