1/4 cup gf chili powder 1/4 cup paprika 2 Tablespoons kosher salt 1-1/2 Tablespoons sugar 4 rib-eye steaks Gf cooking spray for grill
Mix chili powder, paprika, salt and sugar in a baking dish.
Coat steaks with rub and transfer to another dish. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
Spray grill with cooking spray and prepare grill.
Grill steaks to desired doneness, moving occasionally to prevent rub from burning. Serve steaks with Pico de Gallo.
This recipe needs to marinate for 8 hours so prepare ahead of time.
Serve with Pico de Gallo 1-1/2 pounds roma or plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped 1 cup sweet onion, chopped 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped 2 Tablespoons fresh lime juice 1-2 jalapeno chilies, minced 1 large garlic clove, minced 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar Salt and pepper
Mix tomatoes, onion, cilantro jalapenos and garlic in a bowl. Sprinkle with vinegar, season with salt and pepper.
