Ingredients
1/2 cup orange juice 1/4 cup gf soy sauce 2 garic cloves, smashed 3 sprigs of fresh rosemary 1 pound boneless pork spareribs
Directions
In a zip-lock bag combine orange juice, soy sauce, garlic and rosemary sprigs. Add pork; seal and turn to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
Prepare grill.
Remove pork from marinade and grill for 4 minutes per side. Remove from grill, cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
