4 ounces gf spaghetti style pasta 1 garlic clove, minced 1 Tablespoon fresh basil, cut into strips 1/2 fresh tomato, chopped Splash of olive oil 1 teaspoon gf capers Salt and pepper
Directions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Rinse with cold water and place in bowl. Toss tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, basil and capers with pasta. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
