Makes about 6 cups. Difficulty
1 banana, sliced 1 mango, peeled and chopped 1/3 cup orange juice 3 Tablespoons lime juice 1-1/2 cups milk 3/4 cups sugar 2 cups gf yogurt (see note above)
Combine banana, mango, orange juice and lime juice in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth. Pour mixture into a large bowl and add milk, sugar and yogurt. Mix well. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers instructions.
We used Cascade Fresh Vanilla Yogurt which claims to be gluten-free.
