1 cup apple jelly 2 Tablespoons honey 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1 pound pork loin, cut into 1" cubes 1 Tablespoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon celery salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 large onion, cut into 1" pieces 2 large green bell peppers, cut into 1" pieces 1/2 cup olive oil
Soak 6 bamboo skewers in water in a shallow dish. Combine apple jelly, honey, lemon juice, butter, cinnamon, and cloves in a saucepan; mix well. Cook over medium heat until jelly melts, reduce heat. Simmer until sauce reaches a glaze consistency. Sprinkle pork with mixture of garlic salt, celery salt and pepper. Thread pork, onion and green peppers alternately onto skewers. Place skewers in shallow dish and pour olive oil over kebabs, turning to coat. Grill over medium hot coals about 15 minutes, basting with apple glaze frequently.
