1-1/2 Tablespoons dry white wine 3/4 Tablespoon olive oil 1 Tablespoon paprika 1-1/2 teaspoons black pepper 1 garlic clove, minced 1 small shallot, minced 1-1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced 1-1/2 teaspoon jalapeno, minced 1 teaspoon chives, minced 3/4 teaspoon fresh thyme, minced 3/4 teaspoon fresh marjoram, minced 3/4 pound flank steak Salt and freshly ground black pepper
In a small bowl, combine wine through marjoram. Rub mixture over flank steak. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Prepare grill. Season both sides of flank steak with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Grill flank, turning once, for 20 minutes, or until done. Remove from grill, cover and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing. To serve, cut in slices against the grain.
