1 pound tender top sirloin or flank steak, cut into thin strips 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips 1 onion, cut into thin strips 1/2 green bell pepper, cut into thin strips 2 Tablespoon olive oil 2 Tablespoons cilantro, chopped 1 Tablespoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 8 cups salad greens
Directions
Heat 1 Tablespoon oil in a large skillet to medium-high. Add steak and saute until browned, remove from skillet. Add remaining oil and vegetables and saute until lightly browned but not soft. Return meat to pan. Sprinkle with chili powder and garlic salt and mix well. Add cilantro, and toss. Place an equal amount of salad greens into 4 dishes and top with fajita mixture. Serve immediately.
