True to its word, (see Tips) these cookies do turn out with the perfect taste but don’t rise. Because they spread out on the pan, you don’t want to make the dough into larger balls as they will become attached to the next cookie on the sheet. I got over 4 doz. cookies out of this recipe. They were a hit at my house.

These cookies are excellent. They don’t rise as mentioned, but still taste wonderful!

These taste fine, but I had a diffcult time figuring out how to make them look like a cookie. They definitely don’t rise, and they spread like pancakes.
