1 1/2 cup gf Rice Crunchem cereal 1 1/2 cup gf Honey Corn Flakes 1/4 cup chopped almonds 1/2 cup gf Nutty Rice cereal 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, roasted 1/4 cup cashews, chopped 1/4 cup maple syrup 1 Tbsp vegetable oil 1/2 tsp gf vanilla 1/4 tsp orange zest 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/3 cup Craisens
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a jellyroll bake sheet. Crunch cereals in a large bowl till pieces are the size of small peas. Add almonds and cashews. In a separate bowl combine remaining ingredients, except sunflower seeds and craisens. Add cereal and nuts to mixture and mix well. Spread granola evenly on baking sheet and bake at 350 for 15 to 20 minutes, turning every 5 minutes. Cool and add sunflower seeds and craisens. Enjoy!
Tip: Option; can add 1/2 cup coconut. Be careful to watch as granola bakes as it can brown quickly.
