Two 10 ounce packages of frozen peas Lettuce leaves, washed 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar 1/4 cup Sauterne
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thaw the peas. Place the lettuce leaves in the bottom of a 9" casserole and pour peas over lettuce. Sprinkle with salt and sugar and pour Sauterne over peas. Cover with lettuce leaves and then cover with a lid. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove lettuce before serving.
Sauterne is a very sweet and expensive wine, you can substitute
