3 pounds baby new potatoes, small red potatoes, or yukon golds, cut in half 2 teaspsoons olive oil Salt and fresh ground pepper 3 garlic cloves, unpeeled 4 fresh rosemary sprigs
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place potatoes, oil, salt and pepper in large plastic bag and turn till evenly coated.
Arrange potatoes on baking sheet and scatter garlic and rosemary around potatoes. Roast for 25-40 minutes, shaking pan from time to time until tender. Serve.

Tip: You can vary this recipe by substituting fresh thyme sprigs for the rosemary.
