Makes 1 - 9 inch pie.

Ingredients
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
Dash of salt
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup pecan halves
1 package Gluten-Free Pantry Perfect Pie Crust Mix
Directions
Prepare pie crust according to package instructions.
Roll out dough between two sheets of parchment. Carefully transfer dough to a pie plate. Crimp edges and set aside.
Beat eggs thoroughly with sugar, salt, corn syrup and melted butter. Add pecan halves.
Pour into prepared 9" unbaked pastry shell.
Bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees F.)for 50 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean. Cool and serve.
