Roasted Cauliflower w/Paprika

Ingredients
1 cauliflower head, cut into florets
Vegetable oil
Salt and pepper
2 Tablespoons water
Butter
2 teaspoons sweet paprika
1 Tablespoon tarragon, chopped
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a bowl, toss cauliflower with enough oil to coat; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spread cauliflower in a single layer in a baking dish. Add water. Bake 25 minutes, or until cauliflower is tender.
Remove from oven and toss with butter, paprika, tarragon and salt to taste. Serve.
