Ingredients
2 large top sirloin steaks, trimmed of fat 1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary, coarsely chopped 2 garlic cloves, chopped 1/2 cup olive oil Salt and freshly ground pepper Lemon quarters
Directions
Cut meat into 3" pieces. Pound each piece until about 1/4" thick.
Combine rosemary and garlic, using a mortar and pestle, until mixture turns into a paste. Stir in olive oil. Adjust seasonings to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Marinate meat overnight with garlic mixture, turning occasionally.
Preheat broiler.
Remove meat from marinade and pat dry.
Broil 4 minutes per side or until done.
Place on warm dishes and serve with lemon quarters.
