Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

4 lbs russet potatoes, peeled and quartered
1-3/4 cups half & half
6 Tablespoons unsalted butter
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons fresh ground pepper
*1/4 cup gf horseradish sauce
Directions
Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Partially cover pot and reduce heat to simmer. Cook until potatoes are very tender. Drain. Melt butter in a small saucepan and add half & half and salt & pepper. Mash potaoes in pot with a ricer then add half & half mixture and horseradish sauce. Stir well to blend. Serve immediately.
Tips
Be sure to read the label to make sure the horseradish sauce is gf.

Sounds lovely epcxet for the lobster part not a seafood fan due to an acquired tuna allergy. Bacon bits real ones made fresh or going veggie some type of bean pinto kidney would be good for me. Of course if I went to the bean Id go to the salsa over horseradish and double it tomatoes fresh would work too and substitute green chilies for green onions.Good heavens--I may have invented a recipe. Ill call them Poco-papas little potatos in Spanish.
