1 free-range chicken, cut into 8 pieces Salt and pepper 1 egg, lightly beaten 2/3 cup gf flour 1 cup sesame seeds 2 teaspoons paprika Vegetable oil for frying
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
In a large zip-lock bag combine flour, sesame seeds and paprika.
In a shallow dish beat egg with 1/2 cup water. Place chicken in egg mixture and then in plastic bag and coat with flour mixture, until all pieces are coated.
In hot oil, brown chicken pieces on all sides and transfer to a baking sheet. Finish cooking in oven, for about 20 minutes. Serve hot.
