| Each month the editors of Glutenfreeda.com
choose a gluten-free product on the market and review
it based on its taste, texture, storage and availability.
This section was developed years ago to give our subscribers
an un-biased opinion about some of the gluten-free products
available either on-line, at natural food stores or even
at main-stream grocery stores. Some of the products we
have tested have been great and we would like to take
this opportunity to highlight them once again. |

Table Bakers Gourmet Cheese Crackers |
|
Visit
www.kitchentablebakers.com
for availability.
Glutenfreedas Review Comments: These crackers
come in a variety of flavors; Aged Parmesan, Sesame,
Onion-Poppy, Caraway, and Italian Herb & Rosemary.
We tasted all flavors and it was virtually impossible
to pick a favorite. They all are distinctly different
but equally good. These crackers are great to snack
on or top with Hummus or your favorite dip. What we
liked best about them is that they are naturally gluten-free.
They taste as they should authentic!

Premium Organic Pasta Sauce "Family Marinara" |
|
Available
in most well-stocked supermarkets and natural food stores.
Glutenfreedas Review Comments: Amys
"Family Marinara" is a wonderful quick-fix
for a great tasting, wholesome and healthy dinner. In
contrast to many other bottled pasta sauces, this one
tasted very fresh and full of flavor.

| Tinkyada
Pasta |
|
Available
in most well-stocked grocery stores and natural food
stores.
Glutenfreedas Review Comments: This pasta
is surprisingly tasty considering the ingredients (brown
rice and water). The taste is much like that of wheat
pastas. Unlike many other rice pastas it
holds its shape well during the cooking process
and actually will cook to al dente. We rank
Tinkyada among one of our favorite gluten-free pastas.
One of the best things about it is that you can easily
serve this to non-gluten intolerant people and undoubtedly
they will not know the difference!

Original Pappadums (Lentil Chips) |
|
Available
in many well-stocked grocery stores and natural food
stores.
Glutenfreedas Review Comments: Pappadums
are naturally gluten-free lentil chips. They are dried
to preserve flavor and fried in hot oil, which magically
transforms them into light, crispy puffs of uniquely
shaped chips. Pappadums are best served with chutneys
and relishes. These chips have a wonderful flavor and
texture and are great fun to prepare. They literally
grow before your eyes when placed into hot oil. The
Black Pepper flavor was our favorite and adds a nice
peppery flavor to the light chip.

American Gourmet Snacks |
|
Available
in most well-stocked grocery stores and natural food
stores.
Glutenfreedas Review Comments: Roberts
American Gourmet Snacks are a favorite with our family
and this new product is no exception! Roberts
American Gourmet produces other gluten-free snacks such
as, Veggie Booty, Pirates Booty, Fruity Booty,
Smart Puffs, Tings and Antique Style Potato Chips. The
also produce a wheat variety of Chaos, so dont
get the two mixed up! When I first saw Wheat Free Chaos
in the market, I wasnt sure I would like it as
it is a combination of many different types of snacks
all mixed up together. Corn chips, a Dorrito type chip,
blue corn chips, tings, and even sweetened popcorn make
up this very unusual and surprisingly addictive snack.
After the first combination bite however, I was hooked!
Wheat Free Chaos is aptly named and refreshingly creative.
