perfect way to cool off as summer winds down is with a cool
and delicious dessert. This month we bring you four incredible
chilled gluten-free wonders that are all show-stoppers!
The harmonious marriage of fresh berries
and ice cream is our inspiration our fabulous ‘Blackberry
Sundae’. This dessert is absolutely fantastic and
is prepared in minutes. Beautiful and elegant, these sundaes
are sure to get ‘Wow!’s’ from family and guests
with very little effort on your part. We used organic vanilla
ice cream and whipped cream and blackberries picked fresh
just hours before assembly, yummm!
One of our favorite recipes this month is our ‘Margarita
Sorbet’. This dessert is made with an ice cream machine.
This exquisitely refreshing dessert is also naturally gluten-free
and just the ticket for a late summer treat before or after
dinner. The alcohol can be omitted if you prefer, without
affecting the dessert.
We made our next two chilled desserts with our own, Glutenfreeda’s
Real Cookies. OK, we admit it, this could be considered
shameless marketing for two of our now famous flavors of the
best gluten-free cookies on the market, but our goal is to

exceeded even our expectations.
